How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on Warwick District Council’s servers.  

Your personal data will only be kept for as long as you consent to receiving information about Warwick District Council’s Biodiversity Action Plan and related activities.

Please let us know if any of your contact details change to ensure we keep our records up to date. Please email the Data Protection Officer at DPO@warwickdc.gov.uk with any changes.   

Your personal data will not be shared with third party organisations.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to complain if you think your data is being used incorrectly. You may also have other rights, such as to have your data corrected or erased.
