Fit for the Future

Warwick District  - a Great Place to Live Work and Visit

The purpose of Warwick District Council is to make our district a great place for everyone; whether they live, work or visit here.

We have to achieve this purpose with less money as the Council’s budget is being reduced. Over the next five years we need to make nearly £3million of savings.

We need to make sure that all the work we do is contributing to the council successfully achieving our purpose. This includes work we do with the help of our partners.

We have set up our ‘Fit for the Future’ programme to review all the services we provide to you and your community to make sure they are valued by you. All our internal systems will be challenged to ensure our staff are providing services as cost effectively and as well as they can
