- Check with your developer: Ensure they have not already arranged containers
- Confirm your collection schedule: Check here to ensure your waste collection schedule is active
Please note: If your collection schedule is not showing, your container delivery will not take place. Please contact us here to request collections are set up. Only place your order once you receive confirmation that your schedule is active.
- Order a new or replacement waste container (blue-lidded recycling bin, grey refuse bin, green garden waste bin, food caddy or red recycling box)
- Order a garden waste permit
Additional waste capacity

Return a waste or recycling bin
You can return waste and recycling bins if you don't need them.
