Login and registration

• If you are already registered LOGIN
• If you are not registered - Register to access your council tax details online 
• You will be sent a user name and password in the post. 

Registered users will be able to view details of their council tax through our secure online system called OPENAccess. Users on benefit who have already registered for Your Benefit do not need to register again - you will automatically have access to your council tax account online.

Availability

The 'Your council tax account' online service is available all day every day except between 1.00am and 4.15am.

Your browsing will take place within a secure system. This uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a standard supported by major internet browsers. All of your personal details are protected using 128 bit encryption, when transmitted over the Internet. In order for a transaction to take place securely your browser must support 128 bit encryption.
