On 16th April 2014, the Council's Executive agreed the following planning policy guidance in relation to its Air Quality Action Plan.
This supports the policy approach in the proposed Local Plan Policy TR2 and both the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Guidance (NPPG).
