The Development Brief provides guidance on the development of a sustainable urban extension to the eastern side of Kenilworth on around 100 hectares of land allocated in the Warwick District Local Plan 2011-2029 for residential, employment and education uses.

A public consultation for the Land East of Kenilworth Development Brief closed on 14 January 2019.  The responses to the consultation, and proposed amendments to the document which resulted form them, were reported to the Executive on 06 March 2019 (Item 4).  The Executive resolved to approve the recommended amendments to the draft, and adopt the amended version as a supplementary planning document.
