Baginton and Bubbenhall Neighbourhood Development Plan Consultation
Baginton and Bubbenhall Parish Councils as the qualifying bodies have prepared a neighbourhood development plan, entitled Bubbenhall and Baginton Neighbourhood Plan, for their parishes with the help of the local community. The plan sets out a vision for the future of the parishes and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
The consultation on this plan commences on Friday 09 June and will conclude at 16:45 on Friday 21 July. An independent Examiner will then be appointed and an examination commence subsequently. Once this examination has concluded and the report of the Examiner recieved, any recommendations will be considered and a referedum held in due course. If more than 50% of the vote is in favor of the plan, Warwick District Council will 'make' the plan and it will become part of the Local Development Plan, being taken into consideration when decisions are made on planning applications.
