Understanding the results

When a search is performed for either an address or LLC1 information, the result will presented on a ‘slide out’ panel on the right hand side of the map window.

  1. Hide results panel button - ‘Hiding’ the results panel will make the results pane slide back in to the right of the map window. To ‘un-hide’ the results click on the small button again, which will have changed to show arrows pointing in the opposite direction.
  2. Close results button
  3. Minimise results button
  4. The category of each result is underlined, clicking on this will perform a ‘Go to result (zoom and position)’ action. Any reference numbers for the search item will be displayed underneath
  5. Go to result (current viewed scale)
  6. Further information.    
  7. Go to result (zoom in and re centre)

To view the LLC1 information for an item, click on the ‘Further Information’ button (number 6 on the above screen shot). This will display an information box in the centre of the screen detailing items data from the register.

Further information can also be obtained using the link within the text. 

Clicking this link will open a new page on Warwick District Councils website detailing any relevant information about the chosen item. If no further information is available the default Local Land Charges page will be displayed.

In the case of planning applications, the link will open Warwick District Councils online planning system in a new tab with the relevant application details shown.

NB. If the planning system has had a period of inactivity, a time out message may be displayed. If this occurs, close down the planning portal web page and click on the link again from the information box – the chosen application number should now be displayed.

Before continuing with further searches, it is recommended that the ‘Clear Map’ function is used removed any previous results. This will avoid any potential confusion, as the system will cache each set of results.
