The Local Land Charges Service is available for those purchasing property and land within Warwick district. A local search discloses to the prospective purchaser information which may affect a particular property or plot of land.
The Local Land Charges team maintain an up to date Register which provides answers to search enquiries.

Our Local Land Charges service has now been transferred to HM Land Registry. You can access this service through your HM Land Registry portal account, business gateway and on the HM Land Registry pages on GOV.UK.

Viewing planning records
All documents for planning applications since 2000 are available to view online. Basic details for applications between 1974 and 2000 are available online, with all documents available on microfiche. All details and documents for applications prior to 1974 are on microfiche. Microfiche records can be viewed by appointment at the Council's offices. Please call 01926 456536 to book an appointment.
