Newbold Comyn masterplan
The final Masterplan was approved by the Executive on 17 November 2020. The final masterplan was drawn up following analysis of the consultation responses, market testing with potential activity providers and the wider situation due to Covid-19.
The Council will now begin a phased approach based on the financial requirements for each aspect. The masterplan remains an outline document which will provide a long term vision for Newbold Comyn, and each phase will be subject to relevant planning permissions.

Cycle trails and hub
