A team from Warwick District Council is once again working round the clock to ensure that local businesses can take advantage of the government grants available to support them.
Since the announcement of the new funding packages, the Council’s Finance team has quickly put a new applications process in place and is inviting eligible businesses, to put in a claim for:
- the National or local restrictions support grant (LRSG), for business rates customers that have been mandated to close; or
- the Additional restrictions grant (ARG) which may support your business if you are ineligible for the LRSG
Warwick District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Finance and Business, Councillor Richard Hales commented;
“In the wake of this second national lockdown, I am pleased that this Council is enabling eligible local businesses to access the financial support they need as quickly as possible. Once again I would like to extend my thanks to our Finance team, who have worked tirelessly to put the necessary processes in place.”
