Walking for Health is England’s largest network of health walks with over 400 active schemes, helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyle and meet local people in their area. Change 4 Life is a great website to get lots of information and advice on topics such as food facts, recipe’s, weight management, how to become more active and look after yourself.

The NHS Live Well website provides information on a range of topics including eating well, healthy weight, exercise and sleep and tiredness.

Warwick District Council supports Rugby Borough Council with the ‘Change Makers’ programme in the district. This is a project which delivers exercise and health/nutrition advice through a 9 week programme aimed at children aged 4-12 years and their families.
