Rambler's Wellbeing Walks are England’s largest network of health walks with over 400 active schemes, helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyle and meet local people in their area.Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Warwick District logo

Our Wellbeing Walks are volunteer led, fun, free and friendly local walking groups open to all ages and abilities.

A significant benefit of joining a walking group is the social aspect. Our Wellbeing Walks can help you meet new people, build friendships and provide a sense of community.

Whether you are looking to improve your physical health and mental wellbeing, or simply looking to meet new people, a walking club can provide a supportive and enjoyable environment to achieve your goals.

Walking is one of the simplest and most effective forms of exercise you can do. It’s easy to get started with 14 local walks in Warwick District.

Attending and booking

Everyone is welcome on the walks, no matter your age or ability. Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

There is no need to book, we just recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early for your first walk to complete a registration form.

Safety

All walking routes are regularly risk assessed. A brief safety overview will be provided at the beginning of each walk.

However, it is each walker’s individual responsibility to stay aware of your surroundings and follow any instructions given by the walk leader.
