List of permitted installations
Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 List of Permitted Installations
Regulation 12 of the Regulations requires operators of certain processes to be authorised by the enforcing authority. Responsibility for this split is between the Environment Agency & Local Authorities.
Definitions of the installations to be permitted by Warwick District Council can be found under Schedule 1 Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016.
The installations currently permitted in Warwick District Council's area are listed below, with brief details of operations registered.
Permits issued under the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations 2002 continue in force.
The full public register, containing additional information, is available for viewing at the Council offices. Notes may be freely made, but there would be a charge for photocopies of any information held in the Register.
The Register is regularly updated with new information and every effort is made to ensure that the Register is up to date and as complete as possible.
