• Cancel a current garden waste permit or subscription
• Request a replacement garden waste permit due to loss or damage
• Change the address of your garden waste permit due to a house move

If you are moving address, please only complete this form once you have moved, as the new permit will need to be sent to this address.

Please note there is a £5 admin fee per permit when reporting a change of address, damaged permit, lost permit or ordered a permit for wrong address.
