Where is your Box Office located?
Answer:
Our daytime Box Office which is conveniently located at the Visitor Information Centre, The Royal Pump Rooms, Parade, CV32 4AA
The Box Office opening times at The Visitor Information Centre are:
Monday – Friday – 10am – 4pm
Saturday & Sunday – 10am – 3pm
We are closed on Bank Holidays
A box office service is also available at the Royal Spa Centre from one hour before an event is due to commence - closing again half an hour after it has begun.
The Box Office at the Royal Spa Centre is located directly in front of you as you enter the front doors.
