I have made an error when booking and have purchased the wrong seats - what can I do?
Answer:
Once paid for tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please check your ticket details carefully at the point of purchase as mistakes cannot always be rectified at a later date.
However, if the performance has sold out, we may attempt to re-sell the tickets on your behalf. We charge an administration fee £2 per ticket for this service.
