Can I request to pick up my tickets from the Box Office?

Answer:

Yes. When booking online, you will be e-mailed an E-Ticket, which then acts as your proof of purchase. No other tickets will be sent in the post to you, so please print this at home and bring it with you. Alternatively, you may want to save the E-Ticket to your mobile phone or tablet and present that on the door.

If you do not wish to print your tickets, or if you are booking by telephone you may collect them from the Visitor Information Centre during our opening hours or from the Box Office at the Spa Centre in the hour before a performance. Please note that the box office does become very busy before performances, so allow plenty of time.

We do not send tickets in the post.

When collecting tickets we will require proof of purchase - usually the address you gave at the point of purchase, or the booking reference number.
