It is with great sadness that I announce that Councillor Tony Heath has passed away on the afternoon of 23 September 2021.

Tony was an excellent Ward Councillor for Whitnash who had served on this Council for over 22 years. In his time on the Council he had served on many Committees and was well respected by all within the Council. In May this year he had been appointed as Vice-Chairman to the Council with his wife Jenny as his consort. Through his commitment and hard work he will leave us with a lasting legacy for both this District and Whitnash.

I have personally written to his family on behalf of the Council to offer our condolences and support at this time and as a mark of respect I have asked for the flags, at the Town Hall, to be flown at half-mast for today.

Chairman of Warwick District Council

It was with great sadness that the Warwick Unison branch heard of the passing of Councillor Tony Heath. Tony was a valued member of the Members/Trades Unions Joint Consultation and Safety and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
