This popular event brings together around 100 landlords, letting agents and other professionals working in the private rented sector, providing an opportunity to keep up to date with important changes, hear from industry experts and network with others working in the sector.

The afternoon will feature a programme of practical presentations covering a range of current issues affecting landlords.
Paul Shamplina, a well-known national property industry speaker, will present ‘Running a Successful Rental Business and the Tools You Need’, offering practical insight into running and managing a successful rental business.

Samantha Watkin from the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), will give an update on ‘The Renters’ Rights Act – Next Steps: What Every Landlord Needs to Know’.

Warwick District Council officers will also provide updates on the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), enforcement and Renters’ Rights Act offences.

A range of specialist companies will be exhibiting during the event, giving delegates the opportunity to speak directly to organisations providing services relevant to landlords, including property management, compliance and energy efficiency.
