Landlords and letting agents operating in Warwick District are encouraged to attend the next industry forum on Wednesday 13 May 2026 from 12.30pm at The SYDNI Centre in Leamington Spa.
The Landlord Forum is being led by the private sector housing team at Warwick District Council, in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and the local Landlord Steering Group.
Exhibitions from local specialist companies will cover aspects of property management and support organisations will help smooth the tenancy pathway.
Presentations include a number of helpful bite-size talks covering a range of topics and recent policy and legislation changes, including the introduction of the Renters' Rights Act. Delegates can network with other professionals, and a range of experts will be on hand to answer questions.
The event offers landlords and those working in the private rented sector the chance to keep up to date with legislation and trends, network with other professionals and gain valuable insight.
Councillor Jim Sinnott, Portfolio Holder for Safer, Healthier and Active Communities, said:
“It’s an important time for landlords with the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act. This forum provides the perfect opportunity for landlords, letting agents and others working in the private sector to stay informed and ask questions about this new legislation, as well as hearing about the latest updates from the Council and the energy efficiency grants available.
“This event is always well attended, so please secure your free ticket as soon as possible.”
Seating is limited. Book your place today.
