With work to bring the lower tiers of the former Covent Garden Multi-Storey car park back into public use nearing completion.

Warwick District Council is pleased to announce that the adjacent surface car park has fully reopened following the partial closure.

The Covent Garden Surface Car Park is open 24 hours a day seven days a week and now has 89 regular spaces and 8 disabled bays, which is 15 more than previously.

The newly created two level car park is expected to open in early summer, offering secure long-stay parking for up to 100 vehicles.

Warwick District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Neighbourhood, Councillor Will Roberts commented: “This centrally located car park is vital for local businesses and visitors to the town, I am therefore pleased to see the progress being made and look forward to seeing this much needed facility fully opened.”
