We provide battery charging points for electric vehicles in two of Warwick District Council’s multi-storey car parks.

Cost

Warwick District Council has made the decision to convert the free-to-use Electric Vehicle Charging points at Station Approach and Covent Garden car parks.

Both will now align with the wider network of paid for EV chargers across Warwick district.

Covent Garden Surface Car Park, Russell Street, Leamington Spa

NO LONGER IN SERVICE

Located on surface car park Rolec 7kw version 32 amp and the plug socket is a 7 pin socket type 2. There is no need for a swipe card for this unit. You can access on arrival. 

Station Approach Car Park, De Normanville Avenue, Leamington Spa

Located by entrance bays into the car park. Rolec 7kw version 32 amp and the plug socket is a 7 pin socket type 2. There is no need for a swipe card for this unit. You can access on arrival.
Chandos Street car park, Leamington North end of surface car park. There are 4 dual 7Kw (Fast) chargers. Register with BP Pulse to use.
Abbey End car park, Kenilworth Opposite community centre. There are 4 dual 7Kw (Fast) chargers. Register with BP Pulse to use.
West Rock car park, Warwick First bays on the left as you drive in. There are 4 dual 7Kw (Fast) chargers. Register with BP Pulse to use.
Hampton Road (former St Marys area 2) Warwick. Opposite main road There are 4 dual 7Kw (Fast) chargers. Register with BP Pulse to use.

Enforcement of Electric Charge Point Bays

Any Non-Electric vehicles parked within the designated bays for the purpose of charging an electric vehicle will be issued a Penalty Charge Notice.
