Car park season tickets provide a great discounted parking rate on the daily and overnight charges in place within our car parks. However purchasing a season ticket does not guarantee a parking space within that car park.
Season ticket locations and prices
Overnight permits are available, these allow parking between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00am Monday to Sunday.

Apply for a season ticket
When purchasing a new season ticket, applications should be made 10 working days prior to the required start date of the season ticket, this is to ensure that you have received your season ticket prior to the required start date. Season tickets are only valid once they have been received by the applicant and are on clear display within the vehicle.
There is a limit to the number of season tickets available for each car park. They are issued on a first come first served basis. Only one vehicle registration is permissible per season ticket.

Renewals
To renew an existing season ticket you will need to contact us on 01926 456128 at least 10 working days prior to the renewal date to allow a new season ticket to be issued and posted out to you. Quarterly season tickets are available - the price is based on 3 times the monthly charge.
Amendments/refunds
To make an amendment or refund to your season ticket download the season ticket amendment form (56kb, PDF). This must be completed and sent to the address above. If you are unable to download an application form, contact Contract Services on 01926 456128. Please be aware that a £7.00 administration charge will apply for changes.
