Car park season tickets provide a great discounted parking rate on the daily and overnight charges in place within our car parks. However, purchasing a season ticket does not guarantee a parking space within that car park.

Apply for a season ticket
Apply at least 10 working days before you need your season ticket to make sure you receive it in time. Your season ticket is only valid when you have received it and it is clearly displayed in your vehicle. You can only register one vehicle per season ticket.
There is a limit to the number of season tickets available for each car park. They are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can call Contract Services on 01926 456128. Payments can be made by credit or debit card.
Renewals
To renew an existing season ticket, call 01926 456128 at least 10 working days before it expires. Quarterly season tickets are available - the cost is 3 times the monthly charge.
Change or cancel a season ticket
To request a change or refund to your season ticket, complete the season ticket amendment form. This must be completed and sent to the address on the form. If you are unable to download an application form, contact Contract Services on 01926 456128. There is a £9 administration fee for changes.
