Section 35c Charges Notice January 2023

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 35C
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020

Notice is hereby given that Warwick District Council, in exercise of its powers under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, propose to vary some of the charges for off-street parking at the Car Parks described in the Schedule below. The new charges will come into force on 3 January 2023.
