You can pay for parking in our car parks with The National Parking Platform (NPP), a simpler, more flexible way to pay that gives you greater choice and control.
How to pay for parking
Paying for parking is quick and easy:
- Download or open your preferred parking app - Choose from a range of approved providers available on the NPP.
- Enter the location code - You’ll find this on nearby signage or machines in the car park.
- Select your parking duration - Choose how long you want to stay.
- Confirm and pay - Payment is made securely through your chosen app.
- Extend your stay remotely (where permitted) - No need to return to your vehicle.

What to look for
When parking, look for:
- The NPP logo on signage or machines
- A location code to enter in your app
- A list of supported payment providers
