A food business operator can make a request for a reinspection/revisit for re-rating purposes at any time after the planned intervention when all the necessary hygiene improvements have been made. The reinspection/revisit fee is £302.50 (£313.00 from 1/1/2026).

To request a reinspection/revisit:

• complete the Request a revisit form
• email it to foodsafety@warwickdc.gov.uk
• make payment online

The reinspection/revisit will be carried out within approximately three months of the receipt of a request form and payment.
