Dispensation payments
Private hire vehicles that wish to operate with a dispensation in place are required to supply evidence of on-going contract work in support of each application. If you wish to apply for a vehicle licence with a dispensation please complete the appropriate form from the above options, make the appropriate payments from the list below and ensure that the additional information required is provided with the application form.
