An application will not be considered to be valid until all of the relevant documentation have been submitted. Once an application becomes valid, it will be processed within the number of working days outlined in the time scales for processing applications document.

If a valid application is not made within 8 weeks of the acceptance of your application by the licensing team then your application will be deemed to be refused. Your licence fee will be returned to you. The application fee is non-refundable.
