- Dementia Active supports individuals with a diagnosis of dementia or mild cognitive impairment. The sessions offer multiple different activities, such as: basketball, table tennis, quoits, archery, jenga, badminton. The offer supports those with dementia to re-engage with activities they used to enjoy and to socialise with others that have similar physical and cognitive difficulties. The session also acts as respite for carers who are welcome to attend.
