The Council requires valuation and land acquisition advice for the New House Farm project. Bruton Knowles have previously been providing advice in relation to the site and have excellent knowledge of the complexities of the land ownership and relationship
Reason for exemption
Bruton Knowles have previously been providing advice in relation to the site and have excellent knowledge of the complexities of the land ownership and relationship. They have already commenced work on the required advice in line with an instruction letter. It is therefore not considered economically advantageous to undertake a formal procurement process to continue with this work
