Ages from 4 years old, but they MUST have started reception September 2025.
We take kids up to 13 years old.

About the day:
The LAA team deliver a fun and active day of track & field, adapting coaching to each age and each child’s needs.
Whether they love to sprint or run round and round until they drop, we do it all. We coach all the types of throws and do lots of jumping into sandpits and onto high jump beds. We hope to help children build their self-confidence in a nurturing and supportive environment with a day full of fun in sport.
