Warwick District Council has 44 elected councillors, made up from five political groups. 

The political composition of this Council is:

• Green Party (14 seats)
• Labour (11 seats)
• Liberal Democrats (10 seats)
• Conservative (6 seats)
• Whitnash Residents Association (Independent) (3 seats)

There is no overall control of the Council, however the Green and Labour Groups have formed a joint administration of the Council, with Councillor Davison being appointed as Leader of the Council.
