Please note that room hire does NOT include stewards, box office service, equipment hire, consumables, catering, insurance, PRS, piano tuning, additional staff, additional cleaning, or marketing activity. Please see our additional charges for more information.
Which rate applies to my event?
Commercial rate: Events run by commercial, professional businesses that are usually profit making, or private events / individuals.
Community rate: Non-profit making events run by a community group for the benefit of the community.
Charitable rate: Non-profit making events run by a registered charity in order to generate charitable funds or deliver chairty work.
Full day hire rate
Up to 15 hours. Full Day room hire includes 1 Technician for up to 8 hours
