For each application there will be an officer presentation, followed by any public speakers, technical questions and a debate. Once the debate concludes, an indicative vote will be taken. Council has delegated authority to the Development Manager to take the decisions on these items, but he must be mindful of this vote when taking the decision on each application. The Development Manager will confirm their decision to the Committee Friday morning.

The appeals report which formed part of the agenda will not be considered at this meeting.

This format has been approved by Council, last night, because by law, the Committee cannot formally meet and take decisions in a remote setting, as the regulations for this ended in May 2021.
