University of Warwick’s Words for Wellbeing

University of Warwick’s Words for Wellbeing team invite you to slow down and spend time with words. Drawing on Warwick’s work across the arts, humanities and wellbeing research, we’ll explore how language can help us connect, build resilience and care for our mental health in a fast-changing world. You don’t need any writing experience, just a little curiosity and openness. This is a chance to step out of the busyness of the day, reflect on what you read, see, and feel, and explore how simple reflective writing and creative practice can open gentle, meaningful conversations about wellbeing.
