Meet your Spark 2026 hosts
We are thrilled to welcome back Nicole Amber to Spark 2026 after steering the ship with energy, charisma and warmth last year. Nicole will be your guide in the Main Auditorium, hosting, chairing and introducing sessions with her trademark confidence and infectious enthusiasm.
This year we are also delighted to welcome James Webster as a Spark host for the very first time. James will be taking the reins in the Studio Theatre, leading sessions with insight, clarity and a calm, engaging presence.
Across both spaces, you’re very much in safe hands!
Nicole Amber
Nicole Justice is the founder of Nicole Justice Media, where she specialises in creating professional branded content that highlights creativity and professionalism. As a lively and charismatic presenter and host, Nicole brings energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to all her roles. She had the honour of chairing last year's Spark event and is delighted to be returning by popular demand.
Nicole first attended Spark 2024 as a delegate, running a stall for Amber Music Group. She’s also been a guest on the WD Podcast with host and founder Johnathan Branson, and has been a guest speaker at SAE University at The Fold. Additionally, she’s been involved with 1 Mill Street through the Creative Futures programme. Her recent clients include Production Central, the BBC, Create Central, the Royal Television Society, and more.'

James Webster
With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment field, James has been Director of Productions at Coombe Abbey Hotel since 2012, writing, directing and starring in Medieval Banquets, Murder Mystery Nights and other themed evenings. His company, Events From History, was founded in 2011 and provides historical entertainment such as medieval archery, swordfights and much much more. Another string to his bow (pun intended) is that James is an accomplished wedding toastmaster and celebrant.
