Community Infrastructure Levy CIL Projects List for 2025/26 onwards
The order of projects reflects corporate priorities, as agreed at 4th June 2025 Cabinet.

| Kenilworth Talisman Theatre Phase 2 |
New scheme to assist phase 2 of redevelopment of Talisman Theatre. |
| Community Stadium and proposed housing | To support the delivery of a new community stadium and proposed housing on land off Fusiliers Way, Warwick. |
| Emscote Road Multi Modal Corridor Improvements | Multi modal improvements, including improved cycle infrastructure, improvements to Portobello Bridge, carriageway improvements and junction improvements to the following: St.Johns/Coventry Road, Emscote Road/Greville Road, Rugby Road/Warwick New Road & Princes Drive/Warwick New Road. |
