Services are to be procured for the duration of two years and 9 months. 

• 9 months (1 July 2026 - 1 April 2027)
• 2 years (1 April 2027 - 1 April 2029)

Programme 4 will be initially procured for 9 months, with a review for extension to a further two years after the initial procurement.

There are four delivery programmes:

• Programme 1: Third sector support – Volunteering & building capacity – district-wide
• Programme 2: Financial inclusion – district-wide
• Programme 3: Social inclusion in targeted geographical areas
• Programme 4: Delivery of employment and digital support – district-wide

You can apply to deliver more than one of the four delivery programmes.

Delivery programme 3 is divided into the following geographic areas, with a particular focus on Lower Super Output areas (LSOAs). You can apply to deliver a service in one or more of these areas.

• Brunswick Southeast & Southwest
• Lillington East & South
• Sydenham West

You cannot apply to deliver any of the other 3 delivery programmes in part: third sector support, financial inclusion and delivery of employment and digital support

An application for the delivery programmes above must be completed in full by one organisation, or by one organisation on behalf of several organisations

• You are encouraged to work collaboratively with other organisations to deliver one or more delivery programmes.
• The funding allocated against each delivery programme is the maximum funding available for that scheme

If applying to deliver a service in more than one area or programme, you will need to complete a separate application form for each delivery programme proposal.
