Coronavirus update

You can still apply for housing, we will be advertising available social housing properties via HomeChoice each week.

We will be taking the appropriate measures to ensure social distancing for the protection of both our staff and those viewing or moving into properties.

HomeChoice

If you would like to apply for a home in this district - this may be rented housing, shared ownership or low cost housing schemes - you will need to register on the Warwick District HomeChoice scheme.

HomeChoice application

Please complete the application form to join the housing register:

You will receive a letter with details of your banding once that has been done, it usually takes 21 working days to process new applications but at the moment it may take up to 6 weeks to hear from us. When you have received a letter confirming your registration, you will be able to bid on properties online.

Due to the high number of  applications to join HomeChoice  we are currently taking 6 weeks to complete new registrations.

Logging-in and bidding for the first time

You will need your user number to create an account. This is the number we send you when you first register on HomeChoice. Please keep this number safe. To create an account enter your user number and personal details and set a password. Your password must contain at least one number and one capital letter, and be six or more characters long.

If you lose or forget your user number please email us, and we will send you a letter in the post.  Please keep this number safe.

There is an option to re-set your password if you forget it. You will need to enter your user number and personal details and set a new password. Your password must contain at least one number and one capital letter, and be six or more characters long.

Current properties and bidding

For more details about an advertised property, please contact the landlord of the property using details contained in the advert. We will not be able to provide you with specific details or locations of properties advertised by partner organisations on HomeChoice.
