Each year we provide you with a service charge statement in March. On request, we can also provide a detailed breakdown of work carried out that is listed on your statement.
When we need to carry out work to your block or estate and your contribution to the cost will be more than £250, we will consult with you on a formal basis.

Your charges and what they cover
Leaseholder charges are to cover costs related to your home to manage, maintain and insure your home.
There are two main charges;
- Ground rent
- Yearly service charge
1. Ground rent
This is an annual charge and is paid by all leaseholders. Currently this charge is £10 each year which will be sent with your service charge invoice.
2. Yearly service charge
The charge is estimated in advance and invoiced on a quarterly basis. The actual charges are worked out at the end of each financial year, and we will send you your actual service charge accounts.
Your yearly service charge may include;
- Day-to-day repairs
- Door entry systems
- Dry riser fire safety systems
- Communal grounds maintenance
- Administration of the services we provide
- Buildings insurance premium
- Communal lighting and heating
The level of charge will depend on what is in your lease.
