Download and complete this form to register on the scheme and return it to HomeChoice, Warwick District Council, Housing Department, PO Box 2175, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa, CV32 5QE. You can also get a form from Riverside House or by calling 01926 412828 .
The Housing Register is used to estimate the current and future demand for housing and to assess the housing needs of the people. It is used by the Council and all the Housing Associations with properties in this area and if you would like housing, your name must be on this Housing Register.
Please note that you will not able to bid for properties unless you have registered on the Homechoice Scheme.
