This form is for landlords or owners to tell our council tax department about a change of tenant.
During this form, you will be asked to upload a copy of the first and last pages of the tenancy agreement. If you have this; please attach it to the form, as it helps us ensure that the council tax liability is updated correctly and that the correct dates are used. We may also refer to this tenancy agreement in the event of any disputes.
We will use the information you provide to administer and collect council tax.
Where the law permits, we will share this information with other council departments, Government departments, public bodies and private organisations. We will do so for the assessment and collection of taxes, to prevent and detect fraud and to undertake statutory public functions.
