Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be used on a wide variety of events and activities at the Royal Spa Centre and the Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum. The recipient could book onto one of our creative workshops, use their vouchers to see a live events in our main auditorium, or settle into our studio for any cinema screening.

Validity – Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

Denominations – Gift vouchers are available in £10 and £20 denominations only.

Redemption – Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for goods or services participating. No change will be given; any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until expiry.

Non‑transferable – Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred to another person without prior written consent.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers – Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

Booking Requirements – Where applicable, advance booking is required and subject to availability. Please state voucher details when booking.

Exclusions – Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation – Once issued, vouchers are non‑refundable except where required by law.

Right to Amend – The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice, provided changes do not affect existing voucher holders’ statutory rights.
