Companies and charities wishing to host a promotional or charity stand on Warwick District Council land must complete a Marketing and Fundraising application form and submit it, together with a risk assessment, site plan, and proof of public liability insurance, to events@warwickdc.go.uk at least four weeks before the proposed date.

If you intend to collect cash donations for charity, you will also need to obtain a Street Collection Licence.

Please note that charity stands are free of charge. Businesses promoting their goods will be charged £300 per day.

• Market Square - Warwick
