The Leamington Transformation Advisory Group (LTAG) is currently under development as the advisory body providing guidance to the Leamington Transformation Board (LTB) in preparation and execution of the Leamington Transformation Framework (LTF).
The LTAG’s role is:
- To provide advice and input in progressing and co-ordinating the Transformation Framework programme overall, the projects and funding bids.
- To consider issues/reports from the Leamington Technical Officer Group (LTOG) for comment, observations, and inputs into reports to the Leamington Transformation Board (LTB) to inform decisions for approval.
- To work collaboratively together to influence the direction and balanced judgements of the Transformation Programme including how best to co-ordinate the various LTF, projects and funding bids.
Membership of the LTAG draws together key representative from across the range of topic and issue areas that the LTF will be addressing, and so advice will be sought from the LTB. As such, membership will evolve as the topic and issue areas change and evolve over time. Other key players could be invited to the LTAG in order to give advice on specific topics and issues. The Convenor is selected by the LTB.
The Convenor is invited to attend the LTB as an observer and to present and contribute advice to the Board as needed.

Wider public involvement and engagement is envisaged as the Framework develops and as the various component projects progress and need views and inputs to help form them.
