Since launching our Apprenticeship Scheme in September 2018, we have been able to offer exciting opportunities for people to gain job-specific skills and qualifications - learning whilst earning! Our apprenticeships are available at:

  • Intermediate Level (GCSE equivalent)
  • Advanced (A Level equivalent)
  • Higher level (Foundation degree and above)

All of our opportunities are a range of hands-on, technical and specialist roles covering a wide range of Council services, including:

  • Housing
  • Building Control
  • Bereavement Services
  • Climate Change
  • Arts
  • Finance
