Disruption at Riverside House

Following an incident at Riverside House yesterday (13/12) we are pleased to announce that we are open as usual today. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

A bye-law is a form of delegated legislation, made principally by local authorities. District councils have general powers to make bye-laws for the good rule and government of their areas, and all local authorities have powers to make them on a wide range of specific matters (e.g. public libraries and museums).
