Play area improvements enhance the quality and range of play equipment in a number of our neighbourhood parks.

Planned improvements

Mill Gardens

The refurbished Mill Gardens play area will open on Wednesday 24 December 2025.

Designed in partnership with Evergreen School with accessibility in mind, the play area also pays tribute to Leamington’s history and association with elephants, most notably The Three Graces and their connection to the River Leam.

Castle Farm

The refurbished Castle Farm play area will open on Friday 6 March 2026. 

Designed in collaboration with Evergreen School with accessibility in mind, the play area features brand-new equipment including a speedy zip line, a Tough Trail obstacle course, swings, slides, trampolines - and a rather cool wind-up animal sounds board!
