When you complete this form, the information you include will be sent to Electoral Services and the information you have given us will be used in order to help us complete the statutory annual canvass for the property you are the licence holder for (or are managing on behalf of the licensee).
We may use your personal data so we can request the annual canvass information for the property or properties you are the responsible officer for.
Your information is securely stored on Warwick District Council's servers and within the Electoral Services Register software that is provided by Civica Plc.
We keep your information for the period that you remain the Special Responsible Officer and have your continued consent to act in this role. You may request that we update our records to reflect a change in ownership or if you delegate the Special Responsible Officer duty to another individual or management company.
We will periodically contact you to request that we have your continued consent to hold your information for this purpose and that the information we do hold is accurate and complete. Should you request us to remove or update your data, we will dispose of any information/data by removing your entry on our servers and within the register database as the Special Responsible Officer at the relevant property or properties. Please note, that although the full electoral register is a public document that is available for public inspection, your personal details and your personal information as the Special Responsible Officer are not available for public inspection.
